Pinky is already her tenth year with CNACC. When asked about her professional journey over this past decade, she exclaimed, saying: "Though It seems like just the blink of an eye since I joined CNACC, I've been working there for ten years! Though this kind of work includes plenty of pressure and hardships, along the way, there are many wonderful things to be gained! While experiencing the growing pains of learning, I've found the leaders here to be caring, the colleagues helpful, and I've found comfort in my own hard work. I've discovered many insights during the past ten years of growth, one of the most fundamental being: 'The harder you work, the luckier you will be.' Even as I get older, from 25 to 35 years old, my affection for this place has remained unchanged. There is a pleasant atmosphere here, and it is easy to get along with my colleagues. Even in times when there is a lot of pressure, there is still support from our leadership that we can rely on. Perhaps, this is the biggest reason for my extended stay here because I love it."
After ten years in her foreign trade career, Pinky has not changed from her original aspirations and has persisted in this position. Over the years, she has been in contact with many customers, and shared with us some of the more profound moments between her and customers: "I still remember the first time I participated in our company's Canton Fair. As a newcomer, I was very diligent in receiving each customer. No matter which country they were from, everyone was tired after our long day. When the hall was about to close, a guest came over. He was dressed very non-distinctly and was only carrying a small burlap bag with him. I still happily took care of him. He confided in me later, saying that though he had walked around the hall several times, no one had greeted him or said, "hello." Though he understood that everyone was tired, he was very happy and grateful when I patiently assisted him. After that fair, that customer did place an order with me. I am very thankful for this lesson; it taught me not to judge people by appearances and treat every guest seriously. Hard work always pays off.
