I joined CNACC in the summer of 2002.  It has been 18 years since I have been a member of the CNACC family.  I witnessed my growth, and I experienced the warmth of the family.  In 18 years, my work has also had the original documents converted to the foreign trade business.  I have experience with the work of CNACC:

Owner Mentality To Do Things: I remember once someone said, “Think in the position of your boss, do things in your own place,” I have always believed this sentence.  My understanding is this: to master the heart to do everything.  Every job is the same, whether it is documents, business, or logistics, it is the need for a master's attitude.  In this way everything can be handled perfectly.

To Have a Strong Sense of Team: Team consciousness is always advocated by each foreign enterprise, and foreign enterprises continue to carry out “team-building” activities around the team consciousness of this theme.  Team consciousness not only refers to cooperation, but also includes a clear division of labor in a team.   Since division is a kind of cooperation, each doing his own job can improve the overall efficiency.  Our business, supply of goods and documents, are indispensable to a chain, each link is a different operation, no matter which link cannot go wrong.  So here is the full expression, “everyone needs to have a strong sense of team.”  The team can also share resources, if everyone to share their good ideas will not only benefit the cooperation of the whole team will be conducive to their own improvement so as to achieve a win-win situation, but this is also the need for everyone to have the importance of team consciousness.

Be Grateful: CNACC has always been a humane company, since I first entered the company have experienced this.  During the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, the company advocated the policy: under such a serious situation in the first half of 2020, no pay cuts, no layoffs, but also advance bonuses to salesmen, so that each salesman has a stable heart.  This makes me deeply appreciate the warmth of the company, but also touched me to work harder, to repay the company.  To have a grateful heart, will feel that in the works everywhere is warm.
