Hello, my name is Gino.  I have been working conscientiously in the merchandising position for more than ten years.  The merchandising process has been memorized, but this is not the end, because at work, I need to constantly learn professional knowledge, learn to communicate with others, and learn to adjust myself – being comfortable at work.  The work of the merchandiser, simply, is to serve the guests and deliver the goods to the guests in a timely manner.  It can also be said that the merchandiser is a butler, managing the orders of different guests, from the order, inspecting, ordering, and shopping.  Being responsible for checking and coordinating with the order in the middle, to convey the customer’s requirements to the factory in a timely and accurate manner, and to strictly control the check during production, and doing the customer well.

Of course, this “bond” occasionally has a little temper, sometimes too tight and sometimes too loose, making people worry, laziness, and thunderous. When encountering such an intolerable situation, I like to empty my head to calm myself down. After a while, adjust your emotions, and then actively seek solutions, because I always believe that there are no problems in this world that cannot be solved through hard work, and all the experiences will eventually become our nourishment and continue to accompany us.  Growth, progress!
