As a foreign trade salesman, communication skills are essential skills, and chatting with guests is an unavoidable part of it.  Like our ordinary chars, we first need to find common topics as a quick entry point: sports, humanistic phenomena, and so on.  These can be used as the beginning of the chat, which requires us to pay more attention to some humanistic habits and news reports in the area where the guests are located.  For example, my main market is Germany, and if the buyer is male, football is a project that most German men love.  Many cities have their own teams.  If you can cut in on your favorite projects, I think it will make communication more smooth.  In addition, that chat with the guests will definitely involve our professional knowledge, such as the craftsmanship of the products, the trend of popular products, etc., so the solid professional knowledge will also impress the guests deeply.  Appropriate supplementation with some professional knowledge, including the explanation of the craftsmanship, will make the whole communication more meaningful, and the guests will also understand the professional quality of us and our company in the process of chatting.  Thereby promoting the cooperation intention of the guests.
