For example, how can you get high-quality feedback while doing your work efficiently? This first thing I do when I go to work is to open various communication software, such as QQ and WeChat, to receive important messages and information from factories and guests in a timely manner. The second thing is to open our mailbox, quickly browse the emails at the time of the day. After having a general understanding of the work content, choose urgent and important things to deal with first.
Next, it is necessary for the salesperson to clearly identify the difficulty of the work and reasonable assign the next work sequence. For example, there are two things in front offs now: inquiries from customers and production of contracts, neither of which can be completed in a short time. However, the customer inquiry requires the cooperation and price verification of each factory. The production of the contract can be completed by the salesman alone, which requires us to make the right choice. First, to make a clear inquiry and send it to the factory to inquire.
