Hello everyone, I’m Crystal, a salesman at the Fifth Business Center. This year is my seventh year in the foreign trade industry and my fifth year at CNACC. I am delighted to grow and progress with the warm family at CNACC. Entering CNACC is the first time I came into contact with the home decoration industry from the novelty of the beginning to the familiarity of now.
At the beginning of communication with guests, I often encountered situations where I did not understand the meaning of the guests and often turned to experienced colleagues or managers for help. After getting familiar with these situations, I can now understand the meaning of the guests and solve problems independently. After answering the questions of customers, or after communicating clearly with the factory, I would always give myself a small affirmation in my heart because today I have made a little progress.
For me, there is no highlight moment in the strict sense of work, because it will become a small trivial matter after the solution is finished. Sometimes a “good job” in a customer’s email can make me happy for a long time, affirming my hard work. For example, for product recommendation in the early stage, we recommend corresponding products based on our own experience and certain understanding of the customers, plus the trends of the new season series.
The recommended products are ready-made, and we will make full use of the factory resources to find suitable products to develop new patterns or shapes for customers. I regard myself as the buyer of the guests in selecting products and doing my best.
Our company’s products are very rich in different materials and different craftsmanship. After being classified into recommended PPTs, we will wait for the customer’s reply with apprehension. As long as the customers choose, it is a small highlight of the recommended job.
