I joined CNACC in May 1998. At that time, I just graduated from school and had no work experience. However, I was eager to learn, diligent, and persistent. I learned and worked under the guidance and help of my colleagues, and slowly I became familiar with document logistics. I have been doing this job from then until now. And the colleague who taught and helped me also became my partner. It is my luck to have my small family in this big family of CNACC.
Document work is detailed. In addition to basic skills, the most important thing is to be careful. Every link, every data, every document, and even every punctuation error will bring a lot of inconvenience to the customers and great losses to the company. Therefore, every time you finish a document, you must check it carefully over and over again, and there must be no mistakes. Although I have been skilled enough after working for so many years, I still keep in mind and keep a high degree of vigilance.
After the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, the shipping volume increased dramatically, various shipping spaces were in short supply, freight rates rose, and shipping companies began to operate unreasonably. The cabin is suddenly opened, the port is suddenly opened, and the customs are suddenly closed. In addition to working hours, after work hours, weekends, and holidays, you must always pay attention to e-mails and handle various things at any time. That time was the most fulfilling and busy time for me and our logistics personnel.
I have worked in CNACC for more than 20 years. In order to classify that every product shipped accurately, I look at the pictures or real objects before shipping. Over time, I also have an inexplicable liking towards these products. I like these fashionable handicrafts, and I prefer to integrate them in to my life. I will put a wind lamp in the corner of the house and light candles on important days, which is full of warmth. I have a shelf in the kitchen to display all my favorite coffee mugs. I will put fake plants in the living room, full of green, making people feel comfortable…
It is hoped that the epidemic will end as soon as possible and normal work and life will be resumed. I hope that CNACC will get better and better.
