Hello everyone, I am Weijian Wang, and I am currently serving as the director of the Shandong Office.
Several colleagues once asked me: Why have you been working at CNACC for so many years? Aren't you tired? I could only answer them with a smile at the time: I only knew the importance of a stable job and income to my family after experiencing the ups and downs of life. As I grow older, I no longer have the motivation I had when I was young. Now I just want to work hard and live a stable and plain life.
At the end of 2003, I failed to start a business in Guangdong. After more than a year of depression at home, I felt like life was a dark place. In April 2005, a friend introduced me to CNACC for a job application and I met Mr. Jin here. I am very grateful to Mr. Jin for giving me new hope in my life. I swear in my heart: I must work hard!
Since joining the company, I have been engaged in cost accounting, source development, and QC work according to the company's adjustments. I am currently serving as the director of the Shandong office. I must thank the company leaders and colleagues for their help and recognition of my work.
In 2007, I was sent to Huang Yan to be responsible for a QC department. After the merger of the company in 2010, a supply department was established, and I was transferred back to the company's headquarters. Responsible for inspections and new factory development in all provinces except Zhejiang. During this period, we developed some good suppliers, such as Guanhong and Lumeida. In 2016, with the transfer of industries and market adjustments, the company's leadership saw the potential huge competitiveness of the north and decided to vigorously develop the northern market. With the continuous expansion of the business, the area of responsibility is getting bigger and bigger, covering six provinces of Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanxi, Anhui, Henan, and Hebei. Some old colleagues ridiculed me as the governor of the six provinces. up.
During his seven-year tenure in the North, I moved from Anhui, Xuzhou, to Shandong, and moved every two years. My old mother at home felt sorry for me, and my brothers and sisters also persuaded me to go home, but I just smiled and said, "Don't worry about me." As a southerner, I have not been able to adapt to the dietary habits of the north since I migrated all the way north. Having traveled extensively for so many years, I have also experienced some interesting things. For example, when I first heard some northerners say that they have not eaten rice for three, five, or even decades, I was surprised and became accustomed to it after staying for a long time.
Perennial wandering without a fixed place to live. In the early days, I could still bring my family with me. As the child grew up and went back to their hometown to study, I began to live alone. During this period, I fully realized the true meaning of "being a thousand miles away from home, knowing more about homesickness". But one can only often harbor a sense of guilt towards their family.
"Work hard!" Over the years, I have not forgotten my original intention. I have long regarded the company as my own home. I love the big family of CNACC. Every time I meet the company leaders and colleagues who come to the north to select samples or go on business trips, it gives me a warm feeling of "coming from my mother's family" and "meeting old friends from other places.”
