Meet Our QC：Jie Hu

Hello everyone, my name Jie Hu.  I am a QC in the company’s supply department. Time has passed quickly.  This year is my 11th year in the company.  I am fortunate to accompany and witness the company’s growth and expansion.  I feel very honored.

Currently, I am responsible for the factory inspection work in Huangyan and Wenzhou areas. As for how to do a good job in factory docking, I adhere to the principle of "standing in the company and dissolving in the factory". Whether a factory is good or not and whether it can become a qualified supplier for the company depends first on the quality and philosophy of the person in charge of the factory, which directly determines the management philosophy and level of the factory. Secondly, it depends on the personal quality of the person in charge of production management, the reasonable arrangement of production progress, the correct understanding of production materials, and the guidance and arrangement of workers, which directly determine whether the factory can produce smoothly, including the product qualification rate. Finally, it is very important to have a group of experienced technicians with excellent professional skills. The same products, old workers and novices may produce completely different products. A factory that operates well must be a factory with a shrewd boss, a high level of management, and skilled workers.

Another job is to receive customers well. Currently, there are a lot of customer inspections. Whether it's a third-party inspection or a direct inspection by customers, it's necessary for us to bridge the gap between them and the factory. This requires us to take the interests of the company as the foundation, make every effort to think about the customer's thoughts, and communicate with the factory to achieve the goal of successfully passing the inspection. Pickups, meals, conversations, thousands of people, thousands of faces, every job must not be sloppy.

Outside of work, the company’s various benefits, two trips a year, annual meetings, and various holiday activities can make people feel very relaxed and enjoyable.  Being in such a united and warm family makes me feel even warmer.  Best wishes to the company!
