Meet Our QC：Xiaoge Cheng

When I graduated, I was full of enthusiasm and always wanted to work hard, but I didn’t think about how to devote myself to work, how to adapt to society, and how to realize my personal ideals.

After entering the big CNACC family, feeling the company’s corporate culture, I began to think about how I can shine in this position and use position to maximize my professional and life values.  According to the characteristics of the position, I made a plan for myself around the primary goal of conscientiously and responsibly performing the inspection work.

After working in the inspection position for these years, I have accumulated five elements:

1.   Learn to persevere.

2.   Be diligent in doing thing.

3.   See, listen, think, talk, and do more.

4.   We must adjust our mentality and learn with an open mind.

5.   To learn lessons and accumulate experience.

"To be a professional, to love a professional, and to be a professional"  I am very grateful for the “occupational disease” that this job has brought me, and it has helped me in my life.  I often go to the supermarket with my family.  Many people may only focus on the price when they go to the supermarket, but I always like to look at the purpose, structure, and materials of the product, and analyze the production process of the product, whether the workmanship is complex.  Because modern good "can only be unexpected, nothing can't be done” the continuous innovation of craftsmanship can increase professional knowledge in many ways.

In the new era, online shopping is indispensable in the family, and my major has made me a “backbone.”  Every day when I come home from work, the housework I am best at is unpacking express delivery and inspecting the goods.  Once I find a quality problems, I can “take credit” again.  Therefore, “professionalism comes from life, and professionalism is inseparable from accumulation.”
