Meet Our QC：Yongjiang Wu

Hello, everyone, I am Yongjiang Wu from the First Business Center.  I have been at CNACC for three and half years and have been engaged in inspection work for 15 years.

As an inspector, you must first carefully read the contract content and packaging information, and prepare all the tools required for inspection in advance.  The inspection is divided into mid-term inspection and final inspection.  During the mid-term inspection, the product can be inspected as a whole, and at the same time, a preliminary inspection can be made on the packing materials and functions of the product to prevent problems before they happen.  This is the best guarantee for quality. If any problem is found, it should be reported and documented in time, and the person in charge of the factor should be informed to rectify it in time.  If the problem is found after the product is put into the box, it will be costly.  The final inspection is the final check before the product is shipped.  After the mid-term inspection,  there may not be too many mistakes in this stage of the product. However, the inspection needs to be more careful and carefully check the packaging information.  Regardless of the size of the problem, it is necessary to treat it carefully, consider the cause of the problem and the possible consequences, and feed back to the department leader and inform the factory to rectify it, identify the problem and resolve it as soon as possible. Ensuring that qualified products are supplied to customers to avoid causing losses to the company.
