Meet Our QC：Xuesong Nian

Hello everyone, I am Xuesong Nian. Time flies, like a fleeting moment.  In the blink of an eye, I have been engaged in foreign trade QC inspection work for more than ten years.  From initial ignorance to proficiency, from unfamiliarity with the products to proficiency in the characteristics of various products.  I feel the responsibility of the inspection work.

As an inspection QC, first of all, in terms of quality control, it is necessary to understand the material characteristics of the product and master the production process of the product.  Every process may encounter problems, so it is important to prevent them in advance and avoid them.

Secondly, as a bridge between the company and the factory, the inspection QC should promptly report to the company leaders if any problems are found in the products.  At the same time, when communicating with the factory, we should work together to find ways to improve the production process and improve the production process of the product, in order to avoid quality issues that may arise in the future.

As an inspection QC, in addition to controlling product quality, more importantly, we must drive the factory to improve product quality as a whole.  Coordinate with the company's development and customer requirements for product quality.
