A sales merchandiser could also be called time management master. We need to handle orders from different customers and ensure the shipment of orders. The control of time is particularly important for us. We need to memorize the operational methods of different customers. This is so that when an order is placed, we can have a clear timeline of the order. For example, we must know the deadline of the production and the inspection when we get the order. Meanwhile, as a sales merchandiser, we must pay special attention to details and do things meticulously. We need to handle a lot of document work, if we are not careful enough, it is easy to meet a plethora of problems. One small problem could cause big loss. However, if we really encounter a problem, be calm, and try to review all details of the orders and find the reasons and communicate with sales and the factories in time in order to find the best solution.
It’s really great that our company has a professional QC team. With them, we could have better control over the quality of our products. At the same time, when encountering various product problems, they will carefully explain the reasons to us, which will deepen our understanding of the product.
