First, improve your product expertise. There is really too much product knowledge in each industry. Only when we are familiar with the products and understand the production process can we better provide customers with professional product services and be better able to win customer trust.
Second, think about the customer’s thoughts and actively solve problems or avoid problems in advance. Customers need suppliers who can solve their problems, not suppliers who constantly raise problems, not suppliers who constantly raise and create problems for them. In daily development, sampling, production, shipment, and even post-shipment processes. It is inevitable to encounter various problems. However, some problems can actually be avoided in advance, or customers can be reminded to pay attention. This not only saves a lot of unnecessary trouble, but also gains their favor.
Third, correctly understand the needs of customers and tailor exclusive solutions for them. Sometimes thinking about our customers is not just about getting preferential prices for them, we need to think about things according to their thinking and understanding their real needs. Sometimes we rush to deal with the problem without correctly understanding the customer’s needs. Especially as a trader, we serve as a bridge of communication between customers and factories. Only when we correctly understand the needs of customers can we deliver the correct information to the factory and provide customers with appropriate solutions.
