The Opening Ceremony of the First “Business Star” Training Camp

In order to further enhance the professional quality and market competitiveness of the company’s business team, the company has specially launched the “Business Star” training program. This program is committed to training a group of business elites who can win battles and have firm beliefs for the company. We have selected a group of business colleagues who have aspirations for personal career development and are passionate about improving performance to join this training program. 

On July 31st, the First Business Star Training Camp of CNACC officially opened. Chairman Li Li, President Jin Min, and general managers of various business centers attended the event.

At the opening ceremony, 12 students solemnly swore with the specially appointed instructor, Mr. Guo Hui, to be diligent in thinking and efficient in executing in the Business Star Training Camp; Proactively pursuing excellence; Accept challenges and break through oneself; Accumulate time and strive to grow; CNACC Culture, Showcasing the Elite Style of Business!

The "Business Star" is the cutting-edge force of the business talent team of CNACC. The first Business Star will help cultivate a group of business elites who can win battles and have firm beliefs through several stages such as student screening, IDP plan formulation, regular training, and performance improvement effect evaluation within one year.

Mr. Li first reviewed the company's journey through ups and downs, from the hardships and challenges of its early stages to every important milestone in gradually establishing a foothold and achieving steady growth. She emphasized that behind these achievements, it is the result of the concerted efforts of the entire company, as well as the continuous adaptation to market changes and the courage to innovate. She also emphasized that talent is the most valuable resource for the company and an important force driving its sustainable development.

Mr. Jin's attendance undoubtedly added extraordinary significance to the first Business Star Training Camp. In his speech, Mr. Jin mentioned that the market is like a battlefield, with unpredictable changes. At the opening ceremony of the sales training camp, we specially set up a warm apprenticeship session. The trainees offered tea to the mentors as a sign of respect, and the mentors gave them customized “Business Star” gifts in return, which symbolized inheritance and expectation, and inspired the trainees’ learning enthusiasm and enterprising spirit.

“业务之星”是中工美业务人才队伍的尖端力量，第一届业务之星，将在一年的时间内，通过学员筛选、IDP计划制定、定期集训、绩效改善效果评估等几个阶段，助力培养一批能打胜仗、信仰坚定的业务精英。
