Meet Our Sales Merchandiser: Iris

I am Iris, a sourcing merchandiser from the Sixth Division.  I have been working in the company for eight years. CNACC is a united, friendly, and enterprising team.  I am dedicated to and love my job. In my life, I like music, reading, movies ,and traveling.  I feel free, fulfilled, and happy.

I am mainly responsible for order processing and factory shipment coordination in my daily work at the company. In the past few years, I have accumulated rich experience in trade follow-up, improved my communication skills with suppliers, and ensured the accuracy and timeliness of each order shipment. Through close cooperation with our team, many order and customer problems have been resolved and the trust of customers has been won.  However, I also realized that there is still a lot of room for improvement in time management and emotional management in processing orders. In order to improve my work ability, I actively participated in the training and social practice organized by the company to improve my professional ability in my position. Work should be planned clearly, reviewed in a timely manner, strengthen communication and cooperation with colleagues, and enhance team cohesion.

We are in an era of information explosion, where market and industry changes are inevitable, which means that if we stagnate, we will be eliminated. In the learning process, you must keep an open mind, accept new perspectives and ideas, avoid stereotypes and prejudices, maintain concentration and patience, overcome impetuousness and anxiety, and constantly improve your cognitive level, so that you can keep up with the pace of market and company development.

In the journey of life, what we have to do is to do our best to learn and experience, love life, and strive to grow. I believe that if we do this, we can calmly welcome every wonderful tomorrow in life with a positive and enterprising attitude and firm confidence.
