Time flies like a white horse, and I can hardly believe that it's been nearly four years since I joined CNACC. I'm fortunate to be part of this warm family. As a company documentarian, one of the links in foreign trade, my role may sound simple: booking space - arranging warehouse transportation, customs declaration, issuing bills of lading, preparing clearance documents, handling factory invoicing, etc. However, I believe this plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth international logistics, successful exports, easy customs clearance and cargo retrieval for clients, and subsequent export verification for the company's finance department, all based on the factory's timely delivery. While our company's sales representatives are out there striving to win clients' hearts, we need to provide strong support.
My personal summary of documentation work:
1.The job requires meticulousness. We must maintain our initial dedication when facing complexity to avoid major problems caused by minor errors.
2.Time-sensitivity is crucial. We need to manage time efficiently to ensure various documents are completed and submitted within specified timeframes to avoid delays.
