Hello everyone, I’m Evelyn, a member of the CNACC foreign trade team.
In foreign trade work, my greatest takeaway has been the shift from “selling products” to “providing solutions.” I no longer just focus on technical specs, but place more emphasis on listening to clients’ needs and finding the best approach for them. Once, through patient communication and professional advice, I helped a hesitant client successfully place an order. That experience convinced me that sincerity and understanding are the foundations for building long-term partnerships.
Outside of work, I continuously enrich myself through reading and learning. Understanding history gives me a broader perspective, while acquiring new skills sharpens my market judgment. All these experiences feed back into my work.
In the future, I hope to deepen my involvement in the home and gift industry, and become a bridge connecting high-quality products with the global market. I look forward to collaborating with more partners and exploring the vast possibilities of foreign trade together.
