Hello everyone, my name is Yuki, and I am a merchandiser at the Seventh Business Division. It is a great honor that my first formal job was joining CNACC. The atmosphere here is wonderful, my colleagues are friendly and patiently answer any questions I have, allowing a newcomer like me to learn a great deal from everyone around me.
As a merchandiser, I serve as the link connecting salespeople, suppliers, QC, and the documentation team. My role involves promptly communicating customer requirements, strictly controlling production quality and delivery timelines, coordinating with the documentation process to ensure smooth exports, and working through efficient team communication and close collaboration to ensure products are successfully delivered to customers.
In my work, I always maintain a high level of responsibility. I take ownership of the entire process for each order — from placement to delivery — proactively following up on every stage (such as sample progress, production progress, quality inspection, shipment, etc.) to ensure orders are completed on time and with high quality. I am committed to being an active communication "bridge" rather than a passive "messenger," proactively syncing information with customers, sales, factories, QC, documentation, and other departments, anticipating risks in advance and developing solutions. I also maintain a patient and detail-oriented work attitude. Merchandising involves a large number of details (such as sample confirmation and verifying packaging materials) that require constant attentiveness to avoid errors caused by carelessness.
Finally, it is important to maintain a calm mindset and handle unexpected situations with composure. I often face situations such as tight delivery deadlines, repeated sample confirmations, customer rush orders, and logistics issues. When difficulties arise, I am able to quickly adjust my mindset, proactively sort through the problems, communicate with the sales team, and work together with suppliers to find solutions. Through problem-solving, my ability to coordinate and manage pressure has grown significantly.
Over the past year and more, I have deeply felt the company's professional expertise in the fields of home and holiday decoration, as well as its care and investment in its employees. Going forward, I will continue to strengthen my professional skills, both to enrich myself and to make my work more efficient and polished, so as not to disappoint the trust and expectations the company has placed in me.
