Hello everyone, I'm Laven.

Entering the home decor industry has been an entirely new experience for me. During this period, I have gradually familiarized myself with product structures, materials, craftsmanship, and market positioning. Through practice, I've also learned how to work with major clients and chain brands, understanding their product selection logic and cost structures — this is the area where I've grown the most so far. Paying close attention to details and establishing clear standards in the early stages is key to ensuring consistent product quality and delivery timelines. At the same time, by maintaining frequent and clear communication with suppliers and internal teams, I ensure information transparency and milestone control, reducing risk from the very start.

Given the ever-changing international trade environment, I believe sales professionals need to strengthen their understanding of international trade policies, compliance requirements, supply chain risk management, and data analysis, while also improving their ability to assess market trends and optimize client portfolios.

I regularly learn about the product line through the company's shared product information and showroom study sessions. This not only enhances my professional expertise but also strengthens my ability to systematically recommend products to clients and expand their product selections. Looking ahead, I hope to further develop my key account management skills and build a comprehensive way of thinking that spans market insight, product planning, and sales implementation.

In terms of life planning, I prioritize personal growth and inner reflection, hoping to improve both my professional capabilities and mental maturity, establishing a stable and sustainable rhythm of development. My choice to enter the foreign trade industry was influenced, on one hand, by Ningbo's strong entrepreneurial culture, and on the other, by my desire to broaden my horizons in the international market and realize my own potential.
