My name is Mob, and I'm with CNACC's cross-border e-commerce department. I believe numbers are one of the most mysterious media in the world, and also the one that can make things most concrete. Whether you look objectively or intuitively, a set of numbers or a pile of data can reveal problems and give you what you're looking for.
My job is working with that data. I've been in the industry for six years now, and if you printed out all the charts I've made, they could probably carpet my whole house. I've built a team from zero to one, then scaled it from one to N. I've focused deeply on Amazon's North American marketplace and been through it all: the early-morning order surges, the stockouts at dawn, the late nights watching exchange rates, the headaches of compliance, the stress of performance metrics, and the dread of unsold inventory. These experiences taught me that cross-border e-commerce isn't simply about selling goods overseas. It takes patience and focus to build your own brand for global markets and a layered product portfolio.
Cross-border trade is in an era where globalization and regional growth are happening side by side. The real moat is product value and brand recognition. I want to keep playing the long game: not chasing every trend, but steadily charting my own course. I want to turn the depth of China's supply chain into the breadth of global brands, so that the world doesn't just buy "Made in China," but remembers "Brand from China."
