Hello, everyone. I'm Lu Dixuan from QC. I believe quality is the foundation that allows a company to stand firm in the market, and the core source of confidence for home décor and gift exporters as they expand overseas and build their brands. Improving quality is never a one-time overhaul. It's a meticulous, ongoing effort that runs through sourcing, production, and product development.
At the sourcing stage, we strictly enforce supplier qualification reviews and ongoing evaluations. Using production capacity, quality control, and delivery track record as benchmarks, we keep the best suppliers and phase out the rest, eliminating quality risks at the root. At the production stage, we've built a full-process quality control system, with strict checkpoints for first-article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection of finished goods, so we can catch workmanship defects early and prevent quality problems across entire batches. We also bring QC in early to work with the design department, taking part in technical reviews of new products to resolve mismatches between design and production and reduce defects from the start.
The core qualities of an export QC inspector are attention to detail as the foundation and rigor as the soul. Home décor and gift products come in many categories with intricate craftsmanship. A slight color variation, a scratch, or a missing accessory can trigger complaints from overseas clients and damage the brand's reputation. Compared with ordinary quality inspection, export QC requires both professional expertise and cross-disciplinary knowledge, including familiarity with different clients' quality standards and compliance requirements. QC work may look ordinary, but it's the last line of defense before products ship overseas. Only by bringing true craftsmanship and care to every detail, and overseeing each step of the process with rigor, can we build a strong wall of product quality and help the company's export business grow steadily over the long run.
