Meet Our Sales Merchandiser: Shirley

Hello everyone, I am Shirley, the merchandiser of the Fifth Business Center. This year marks my tenth year in the foreign trade industry and my fifth year working at CNACC. I am very delighted to join such a big family.

I think as a merchandiser, we must master the entire process proficiently and ensure the smooth shipment of bulk goods to customers At the same time, we are also a "bridge" that closely connects customers with various departments and factories of the company. Our work with many departments is also a kind of communication and coordination. All communication work is carried out on the premise of completing orders.

Communication and coordination skills are particularly important and are also the biggest gain for me. We also need professional knowledge, familiarity and understanding of the products and processes we order, which is the foundation for providing professional services to customers. I think our successful completion of shipment is also inseparable from the cooperation between various departments of the company and the help between colleagues.  We will always encounter various strange and unusual problems in our work. At present, we should sort out our emotions and actively seek ways to liberate ourselves.
